Earn fun badges along the way and see how far your reading can take you! If you complete the challenge, you will earn either a free book of your choice OR free Hershey Bears tickets!
On July 4th, 2026, we will celebrate 50 years of the Benjamin House as the home for the New Cumberland Public Library. In honor of this 50th anniversary, the Friends of the New Cumberland Library have mugs and totes available for sale. The mugs are $12 and the totes are $6. They are available now while supplies last. You can purchase at the library by cash or check made payable to the Friends of New Cumberland Library.

Art in the Stacks is a monthly gallery series at the New Cumberland Public Library in partnership with the New Cumberland Collective. Each month will feature a new local artist exhibit in the library's gallery spaces. We are excited to announce the following artists for 2025:
